Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of training and education on labor productivity Hospital Karya Asih Charitas Palembang. Samples used in this study were 40 respondents. Hypothesisi testing using multiple linear regression analysisusing aid program SPSS 20.0. The test result stating that the training and education of positive and significant impact on employee productivity. Based on the adjusted R-square of 0,295 means that 29,5% variable employee’s produtivity can be explainedby the variable of training and educatio, while the remaining 70,5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
