Abstract

This study uses TAM model that aims to determine the effect of the use of information technology on employee performance ST.Musi Palembang. TAM variables used were variable perceived usefulness (perceptual benefits) and perceived ease of use variables (perceived ease). The population in this study were employees of the Palembang Musi ST consisting of all faculty and staff while the sample is all faculty and staff who use computers in their work. Method of blunting the data using questionnaires with sampling technique used is the sample saturated with 55 respondents. Analysis using multiple regression analysis. This study does require the classical assumption that multikolonieritas test, heteroscedasticity test, and test for normality. In addition, test reliability and validity tests are also conducted to ensure that the data used in the study are reliable and valid. The results of the analysis indicate that the use of hypothetical impact of information technology on employee performance Sekolah Tinggi Musi Palembang using the technology acceptance models. The results showed that all the hypotheses ( H1 , H2 , H3 ) is received . This is because the value of the significance of all the hypotheses ( H1 value is 0,001 , the value 0.008 H2 , H3 value 0.008 ) is smaller than the value of αlpha ( 0.05 )
