Abstract
This study aim to determine the effect of organizational culture and work environment to employee performance of Imara Hotel in Palembang. This population in this study were 67 employee at Imara Hotel Palembang with census methods. The data used primary data and secondary data, analysed using simple regression analysis. The results showed that the organizational culture has not significantly effect on employee performance at Imara Hotel Palembang. While the work environment has significant at 0,001 less than 0,005 effect on employee perrformance at Imara Hotel Palembang. From this results can be concluded that a good work environment will improve employee performance at Imara Hotel Paembang.
