Abstract

This paper raised the issue regarding the effect of social support on job satisfaction of employees in Gracia Tutoring. The purpose of this paper is to analyze whether there is influence between social support whit job satisfaction of employees in Gracia Tutoring. This study by taking the population of employees in Gracia Tutoring as many as 35 employees. Author of the study sample were 22 respondents, especially teaching staff who have worked more daro six months. From the results collected koesioner authors, the authors conducted a validity study koesioner and then analyzed using simple regression, and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 13,0, t value obtained for the variabels of social support at 2,498 with a probability (significance 0,021, where can be drawn the conclusion that the probability value is 0,005 which states under Ho is rejected anatara means that there are influences of social support on job satisfaction.
