Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of occupational work dicipline on productivity at CV. Honda Union in Palembang. The population in this study were all sales executive at CV. Honda Union in Palembang The data collection technique used was questionnaire distributed to 48 respondents. Analyze technique used was multiple regression which treated by SPSS (Software Special Package and Service Solution) The results showed the influence of work decipline against the employee's productivity in Honda Union Palembang for 7%. 93% productivity in Honda Union Palembang was effected by other variable except work dicipline.
