Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of work stress to nurse performance at Hospital Karya Asih Charitas Pelembang. The sample used in this study were 34 nurses with census method. The testing hypotheses use regression analysis linear simple with SPSS Program 17.0. The result of testing said that work stress have positive effects and significantly to nurse performance. The test result stated that the contribution of work stress and nurse performance at 9,4 % the remaining 90,6 % is influenced by other variables that is not included in this study.The test result indicate that the value of significantly smaller than 0,05.
