Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of conflict to Installation Laboratory of RS RK Charitas Palembang work performance. The Population and sample are all employees of Laboratory Installation RS RK Charitas Palembang, with 57 respondents. Sampling technique used in this study is saturated / census samples. The result showed that conflict have positive and significant affect to work performance.
