Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the conflict on the performance of employees of PT. Kurnia Phileo Selaras (Diamond Palembang). The samples used were 41 respondents using census method. Hypothesis testing using Simple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS 23.0. The test results stated that the conflict positive and significant effect on employee performance. The test results stated that the contribution of variables influence the conflict and performance of employees by 9,3 %and the 90,7 % influenced by other variables not included in this study. The test results showed that the value is significantly 0,05.
