Abstract

Archive Building at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang has one of the tasks to manage the company archives of PT. Pupuk Siriwidjaja Palembang. The Pusri Archive Building does not yet have a Website/QR Code Based Archiving Application, currently the archiving process is not yet computerized. A Website-Based Archive Information System Using QR Code to Scan Data is expected to help admins and users at the Pusri Archives Building in managing data archives. The time generated when retrieving documents manually takes 3 days to 1 week. The results of this design have been made, admin and students use the QR Code as scan data to facilitate or minimize archive searches to make it faster. With the design of this archiving information system, it is hoped that it can help admin performance in the filing process because the e-mail system has been verified for each staf minimize search time to be more effective. Utilization of the QR Code is designed to help admins when staf will retrieve documents.
