Abstract

PT. Yamaha Central Palembang is one company that is a family company founded by three brothers, namely: Koko Gunawan Thamrin, Mimi Gunawan Thamrin, dan Sarinah Lenawati. With the release of Mr. Mimi Gunawan Thamrin (commencing on January 23, 1984 by notarial deed Aminus No.47/1984) and Mrs. Sarinah Lenawati (commencing on 28 April 1984 by notarial deed Aminus No.47/1984) then lived Mr. Gunawan Thamrin Koko.Performance PT. Central Yamaha Palembang great influence on the work process in terms of the achievement of the report to be submitted each month. The problem occurred in the performance of employees of PT. Central Yamaha Palembang resulted in the collection of the report was delayed. Where one of the factors causing the gender and education.
