Abstract

PT. Waskita Beton Precast is one company that manufactures full slab type precast concrete in Indonesia. To find out the time needed in all processes, it is necessary to calculate the standard time which later can become a reference in giving rewards and sanctions. To simplify the calculation of standard time, steps that must be taken are data collection, uniformity test and data adequacy test, then calculating cycle time, normal time, standard time and standard output. The calculation results of each process are 223.83 minutes iron and strand installation, molding process 172.20 minutes, stressing strand process 66.96 minutes, reinforcement installation 86.33 minutes, checking and repair 69.01 minutes, casting 541.99 minutes, waiting time 886 , 73 minutes, demoulding and strand 89.37 minutes, handling and lubrication 114.82 minutes. The total standard time for 1 product is 2251.27 minutes and the standard output of full slab products is 192 units / month. So that workers can get rewards if they produce more than 192 units and sanctions if production is less than 192 units.
