Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect on performance of housekeeping role stressor hotel in the city of Palembang. The sample used in this study were 40 housekeeping hotel in the city of Palembang by using convenience sampling method. Hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 24.0. These test results stating that the role stressors affect positively and significantly to the performance of housekeeping. Based on the value of adjusted R square of 0.134 which means that 13.4% of variable performance can be explained by the variable role stressor, while the remaining 86.6% performance can be explained by other variables not examined in this study.
