Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the effect of usefulness, ease of use, and risks of using QRIS on user satisfaction in the city of Palembang. QRIS is an online payment alternative that will make it easier to pay. This research uses an associative method with a quantitative approach in which the data is collected using a distributed survey method and will be measured with a Likert scale. The population in this study are QRIS users in the city of Palembang. The sampling technique used is a non-probability technique by means of accidental sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this research indicate that usefulness, ease of use, and risks of using QRIS have a positive influence on user satisfaction.
