Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and emotional intelligence on job satisfaction of frontliner employees at PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk Prabumulih Branch. The data used are primary data. The population in this study is the frontliner in sampling technique using purposive sampling technique with the criteria of the respondents being frontliners who are still working at PT.Bank Central Asia, Tbk Prabumulih Branch and have wrked for at least 1 year with a total sample of 45 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. Hypotheses were carried out using multiple regression analysis. The results show that job stress and emotional intelligence have a significant and significant effect on employee job satisfacation. Keyword :Work Stress, Emotional Intelligence and Job Satisfaction.
