Abstract
This research was intended to know a quality service of vehicle’s tax and changing vehicle user’s tax in Samsat Palembang. This research used primary data which was obtained from the questionnaires which were distributed. Sample in this research amount of 150 respondents for each quality service. The sampling’s technique used convenience sampling. The Test of the Questionnaire used validity and reliability test. The data analysis method used descriptive statistic, which are mean, minimum and maximum with Ms Excel. The result of this research showed that quaility service of vehicle’s tax in many location is good enough, but quality service of changing vehicle user’s tax is not good enough to make taxpayers feel satisfied.
