Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on purchasing decisions for Grab-bike services for students in the city of Palembang, the instrument used in this study was a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The population in this study were students who had used Grab-bike services 2 times, involving 100 students as a sample of respondents taken by purposive sampling technique. The results obtained are positive and significant service quality variables on the decision to purchase Grab-bike services for students in the city of Palembang. While the price variable has an effect positive and is significant on the decision to purchase Grab-bike services for students in Palembang City.
