Abstract

This study aims to: Know the influence of work discipline on employee performance and to know the influence of the work environment on the performance of emilia hotel employees in Palembang. This research is explanatory research with quantitative approach, and using primary data obtained directly in the field. Data collection techniques conducted in this study by means of interview methods and questionnaire methods. Sampling techniques in this study Probality Sampling, the population in this study as many as 80 people. The sample used was an employee of emilia hotel as many as 40 respondents. The data collection instrument uses primary data. The results of this study show that: work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, in other words that H1 and H2 are accepted.
