Abstract

CV. Samudera Jaya Palembang is a company engaged in tire distributor Swallow. This study begins by examining CV directly to the office. Palembang glorious ocean. Data obtained by interview and handed out questionnaires regarding compensation for work performance of employees to 30 CV. Samudera Jaya Palembang. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS version 12:00 The results of data analysis showed that the influence of the Worker's Compensation Employee Performance (Y = 10.350 + 0.764 X). Effect occurs in the second variable is the respondents have a positive coefficient, Adjusted R Square of 0.105 or 10.5% higher mean percentage of compensation, the higher the level of job performance, while the remaining amount of 89.5% was contributed by other factors not examined in this study.
