Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance and burnout on job satisfaction among frontline employees at a private bank in Palembang. A quantitative approach was used, employing a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. Sampling was conducted using non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The research sample consisted of 110 frontline employees working at private banks in Palembang who met the research criteria. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS version 25 software. The results indicate that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while burnout has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction among frontline employees at private banks in Palembang.
