Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of work motivation and workload on the job satisfaction of private hospital administrative employees in Palembang. The sampling technique used in this study is convenience sampling, with a total sample of 125 administrative employees from private hospitals in Palembang. This research utilizes primary data. The data analysis techniques include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using the SPSS 22 program, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that work motivation has a negative and significant effect, while workload has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of private hospital administrative employees in Palembang Keywords: Work Motivation, Workload, Job satisfaction.
