Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of burnout and turnover intention on employee performance at CV. Youro Maju Logam Palembang. The study employs a quantitative approach with a case study involving 54 employees, and data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that burnout and turnover intention negatively affect employee performance, meaning that higher levels of burnout and turnover intention are associated with lower employee performance.
