Abstract
This research raised the topic about the effect of occupational safety and health (K3) program on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Ricky KencanaSuksesMandiri Palembang which is one of the companies engaged in contracting.Data were obtained by interview process and distributed questionnaire about the effect of occupational safety and health (K3) program on employee performance. Subjects in this research are employees at PT. Ricky KencanaSuksesMandiri at the bridge making department which amounted to 50 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS software version 23.00.Result of data analysis indicate that safety and health have positive and significant influence to employee performance of PT. Ricky Kencana Success Mandiri Palembang.
