Abstract

This Study aims to analyze the influence of Work Environment on Employee Performance. The type of research used is case study. Sample used is saturated sample where all employees of Duta Jaya Aluminium which amounts to 66 people sampled in this study. Data were collected using questionnaires in the form of questionnaires. The technique of data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis by using IBM SPSS Statistics 20. Result of research indicate that Work Environment have positive and significant effect to employee performance of Duta Jaya Aluminium At Palembang. And from the calculation coefficient of determination, the Work Environment has an effect on Employee Performance of 90,5 percent.
