Abstract

The porpuse of this study is to examine the influence of organization climate toward student’s motivation to learn at SMP Xaverius 6 Palembang. This study uses theory of Litwin and Stringer in the book Wirawan, 2007, this is organization climate and theory of Sadirman, 2010 this is student’s motivation. The population is all of SMP Xaverius 6 Palembang, and samples with student’s class VIII with 88 respondents. The data analysis is linier regression analisysis to know the organization climate to student’s motivation this SMP Xaverius 6 Palembang. This study also uses MSI (Method of Succession Interval) to transform ordinal scale to interval scale. The result showed that organization climate to student’s motivation this SMP Xaverius 6 Palembang.
