Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture on the performance of permanent teachers SMK Negeri 1 Palembang. The sample used in this research is 52 permanent teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Palembang. Data collection in this study using questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis using SPSS 23.0 program. The results obtained showed that organizational culture variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of permanent teachers in SMK Negeri 1 Palembang.
