Abstract

This research aims to determine the Online Customer Review and Flash Sale on Impulsive Purchases of Facial Care Products at Shopee by applying a quantitative method where the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The population determined in this study is Shopee application users who have purchased facial care products through Flash Sale discounts and after reading online reviews. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the criteria of having purchased after reading reviews, buying during Flash Sale, and buying spontaneously, then obtained a sample of 100 samples. For data processing with multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 25 application. The results of the study show that online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on impulsive purchases of facial care products at Shopee, and flash sales have a positive and significant effect on impulsive purchases of facial care products at Shopee.
