Abstract

Human resources (HR) are an important part of helping companies grow, especially when facing challenges in an era of globalization that requires adaptation to technological changes. PT. Thamrin Group, which has over two thousand employees, strives to enhance the quality of its HR through training programs conducted by Regis Business School or TND (Training and Development). However, the method for determining training completion is still done manually, which can lead to errors and hinder decision-making. To address this issue, this study proposes the use of the Naïve Bayes algorithm as a method for classifying employee training completion. The Naïve Bayes algorithm was chosen because it can handle small data sets with high accuracy in classification. With this system, it is hoped that the evaluation of training results will become more effective, efficient, and in line with applicable regulations.
