Abstract
In the packaging section of PT Interbis Sejahtera Food Industry biscuit, in one packing track consists of six work stations. The first station consists of five workers. The second station, consisting of one worker. The third station has no labor. The fourth station, consisting of three workers. The fifth and sixth stations consist of one worker. Under these conditions, it appears that the stacking of work at the first work station and other work stations are often unemployed because of waiting for work from the first station. Then calculated the amount of labor optimum with Workload Analysis method. The results obtained that the work station required additional workers as much as two people. While other work stations are not required additional workers because the number of existing workers today has been in accordance with the optimal number of Workload Analysis methods. With the addition of workers to the first workstation, the accumulation and excessive workload of the worker can be reduced.
