Abstract

This purpose of this research is to determine the effect of discipline habit on the CV Sriwijaya Motor Palembang employee’s performance. Sample used in this research were 40 respondents. The sampling method used in this research with census / saturated sampling. Hypothesis testing used Simple Linear Regression, which using SPSS 17.0 as a program assistance. The population of this research are CV Sriwijaya Motor Palembang’s employee. The results of the research have shown that discipline habit were significantly and positively influence on employee’s performance of CV Sriwijaya Motor Palembang . Based on the value of Adjusted R Square obtained in this study stated that the variable employee’s performance can be explained by the discipline habit variable, these result means that the discipline habit variable affect performance, and therefore H1 accepted.
