Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and work-life balance on employee performance banking employees in the city of Palembang. The data used in this research is primary data. The population in this study are banking employees in the city of Palembang. The sampling techniques used was purposive sampling method, with a total of 110 respondents. Hypothesis testing is done with double regression linear analysis. The results show that organizational citizenship behavior and work-life balance have a positive effect on employee performance.
