Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work stress and work-life balance on employee job satisfaction in expedition services in Palembang City. The population in this study were employees at expedition services in Palembang City. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and a sample of 112 samples was obtained. The results of this research show that work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction in expedition services in Palembang City, and work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction in expedition services in Palembang City.
