Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of product quality and after-sales service on purchasing decisions. The population in this study is all people who have bought, used and enjoyed after-sales service for Selis electric motorcycle products. The sample used was 70 respondents using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics, validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroskedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis test, determination coefficient test, t test, and F test. The results of this study show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions while after sales service has a positive but not significant effect on purchase decisions.
