Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work life balance on the performance of restaurant employees in Palembang City. The variables used in this study are workload, work life balance and employee performance in Palembang City. The data used is primary data. The population in this study were all employees in Palembang City. The sampling technique used was the convenience sampling method and 147 restaurant employee respondents were obtained. Hypothesis testing is done with multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained show that workload has a positive effect on the performance of restaurant employees in Palembang City and work life balance is positive on employee performance in Palembang City.
