Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, service quality and perceived convenience on customer satisfaction of e-wallet users in the city of Palembang. The variables used in this research are product quality, service quality, perceived convenience, and customer satisfaction of e-wallet users. The data used is primary. The population in this study were all e-wallet users in the city of Palembang. The sampling technique used was a purposive sampling method and 100 e-wallet user respondents were obtained. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results obtained show that product quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction of e-wallet users, service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction of e-wallet users, and perceived convenience has a positive effect on customer satisfaction of e-wallet users
