Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the division of shift work to employees performance of PT. Lotte Shopping Indonesia, Palembang. The population used in this study were 117 employees. The sample used in this study were 59 employees (Staff Cashier Service 47 and 12). Hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 17.0. These test results stating that shift work and significant positive effect on employee performance. Based on the adjusted R-square value of 0.18 means that 18% variable employee performance can be explained by the variable shift work, while the remaining 82% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
