Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effect of training on employee performance PT. Balfour cement production employees in particular. This study begins by conducting research directly to the PT. Semen Baturaja with data collection by interviews and questionnaires distributed at the production employees with samples taken 50 employees. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 16. Results of data analysis showed that the significant effect of training on employee performance. T test based on table pelatiahan Coefficients for variables, the resulting significance value of 0.000 which is the resulting significance value less than 0.05. And can be seen also that the results of the t test significant effect of training on employee performance. And R Square value obtained was 0.445 thus the percentage contribution to the training variables influence employee performance variables was 44.5% for the remaining 55.5% were caused by other variables.
