Abstract

The purpose of the execution of this study was to determine the effect of communication on the performance of outsourced employees on PT. Karunia Adi Sentosa. The number of employees of PT. Karunia Adi Sentosa who became the respondents in this study were 40 people. Data were collected by interview and questionnaire distribution. Based on the analysis and the study as well as the formulation of the problem presented, the conclusion that can be drawn from the implementation of this study is that there is an influence of communication on the performance of outsourced employees of PT. Karunia Adi Sentosa. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, it was explained that the communication does affect employees performance variables. The magnitude of the effect is very small at only 12.7%. Thus, there are other variables that influence employee performance variables, such as motivation, leadership style, work environment factors, training and development factors, and the opportunities for self-development on employees.
