Abstract

The study aimed to examine the effect of quality of work life to hospital paramedic performance in the city of Palembang. The sample used in this study were 50 nurses at the hospital in the city of Palembang by purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing using Simple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS 24.0. Result of this test state that quality of work life give positive significant effect on the performance of paramedic. Based on the adjusted R square value of 0,552 which means that 55,2% variable performance can be explained by the variable quality of work life, while the remaining 44,8% is influenced by other variable not examined in this study.
