Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on customer satisfaction in using the McDonald's application. The research involved 104 respondents selected through a purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques included descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing, including the t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The findings reveal that perceived ease of use has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction in using the McDonald's application. Similarly, perceived usefulness also positively and significantly affects customer satisfaction in using the McDonald's application.
