Abstract

The Internship course is one of the courses required for architecture students to study construction supervision and renovation directly in the field. This learning aims to enable students to compare the knowledge gained in theory during university studies with the knowledge gained through practice in the field. In this report, the author uses data collection methods in the form of literature studies of books, interviews with field supervisors, and direct observations in the field. The construction supervision and renovation being compared are the walls, stairs and beams in the renovation of the Kusuma pavilion at Pusri Medika Hospital in Palembang City. To get the right comparison, the author conducted direct observations from Wednesday, September 16, 2023 to Thursday, January 18, 2024.
