Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze whether there is an effect of perceived trust and perceived benefits in using Qris on user satisfaction with perceived risk as a moderating variable by applying quantitative methods and data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population determined in this study were Qris users in Palembang city. The sample determined in this study used a non-random method with purposive sampling technique and sample criteria, namely users aged 17-45 years and domiciled in Palembang. For data processing with multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 29 application. The research results obtained show that perceived trust and perceived benefits have a positive and significant effect on Qris user satisfaction, perceived trust moderated by perceived risk is a type of predictor moderation, perceived benefits moderated by perceived risk is a type of pseudo moderation..
