Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence between work life balance and conflict work family on the performance of female employees in private banking in Palembang city. The data used is primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were female employees in private banking in Palembang City, with a total of 117 respondents. The sample collection technique used was purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing is carried out using the calculated t test and calculated f test. The research results show that the work life balance variable has no effect on employee performance, while conflict work family has a significant negative effect on the performance of female employees in private banking in Palembang City.
