Abstract

Implementation E-Government should be applied to district and city governments, one of which is on the island of Sumatra. The problem is implementation E-Government not evenly distributed in each district and city. This is due to factors such as economic well-being, education, digital literacy and various other factors. Economic welfare can be seen from regional original income. This study aims to determine the effect of regional original income on implementation E-Government by focusing on regencies and cities on the island of Sumatra. Regional original income is measured by the effectiveness of regional original income and its implementation E-Government measured from the rating of the index value of the Electronic-Based Government System. The data used in this research is secondary data. The population in this study are districts and cities on the island of Sumatra. The sampling technique uses the method purposive sampling, a sample of 56 districts and cities was obtained. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques. Hypothesis testing is done by simple linear regression analysis. The test results of this study indicate that local revenue does not significantly influence implementation E-Government.
