Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work stress on the performance of Generation Z employees in the city of Palembang. The data used are primary and secondary data using a purposive sampling method in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 120 respondents. This study uses SPSS 25 for windows as a data processing and testing tool. The results of this study indicate that work discipline and work stress have a significant effect on the performance of generation Z employees in Palembang.
