Abstract

Abstract Stakeholders have a tendency to judge the company in making policies. So that in the company valuation process, consideration of the various factors that make up the value of the company itself is required. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to see how much influence intellectual capital, Capital Efficiency and dividend policy have on the value of companies that have published their financial reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The total population used was 42 companies and the sample taken was 22 companies in the banking sector. The sampling method uses purposive sampling which aims to make the sample taken meet the required criteria. From the results of the study it was found that there was no positive effect between intellectual capital, dividend policy and Capital Efficiency on firm value and had a negative effect.
