Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of CEO narcissism and company size on financial performance which focuses on companies listed on the IDX in the food and beverage sub-sector for the 2019-2021 research period. The data used is secondary data. The population in this study are companies listed on the IDX in the FnB subsector. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and obtained 49 companies that fit the criteria so that there were 147 total samples. Hypothesis testing with multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that CEO narcissism and company size do not have a positive effect on the company's financial performance.
