Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out and prove whether there is an influence of Training and Work Environment variables on the performance of employees of `. Matahari Department Store Tbk in Palembang . The population in this study are employees who work at PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk in Palembang with samples taken from as many as 104 respondents. Primary data in this study uses data related to training and work environment variables and employee performance while for secondary data this research is data on the number of PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk in Palembang and other relevant information about variables and also companies that are the object of research. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS ver. 26.0. Based on the results of hypothesis testing and data analysis, the results of this study are that training and work environment have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Matahari Department Store TBK in Palembang
