Abstract

This study aims to prove what factors exist in e-security and e-trust that can have a positive and significant impact on OVO e-wallet customer satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research using primary data types. The population in this study are OVO e-wallet customers. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method in order to obtain a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used consists of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test using SPSS version 25. The results of the study show that security in the form of information provided and trust in the form of integrity have proven to have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
