Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of the research is to see how influential good corporate governance and financial performance are in influencing the value of mining companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2021. This analysis is research and development with an associative method, namely to look at the relationship between two or more variabels to build a theory. The sempel are mining companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. This data collection technique is by testing classis assumptions, testing the hypothesis of the results of this study, namely Good Corporate Governance (GCG) - Independent commissioners have an effect on firm value, Impact of Return On Equity (ROE) on firm value, Impact of institutional ownership on firm value, The influence of the independent board of commissioners, ROE and Institutional Ownership have a simultaneous influence on company value. Conclusions from the research Board of independent commissioners has an impact on the value of mining companies, ROE has an impact on the value of mining companies, institutional ownership will have a negative and quite large impact on the value of the mining business , Institutional ownership, ROE, and a concurrent independent board of commissioners all impact business value. This shows that strong good corporate governance and high profit returns have an impact on firm value. Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Financial Performance, Company Value.
