Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of taste and promotion of the decision to buy Kanzler sausage in the city of Palembang mediated by buying interest. The data used are primary and secondary data. The population in this study were consumers of Kanzler sausages in Palembang. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method and obtained 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing is carried out by t-test, coefficient of determination and path analysis. Result This research shows that taste and positive and significant promotion of Kanzler sausage purchase decision in Palembang which is mediated by buying interest.
